DAMAGES
Minus Green stands behind their products. If there are physical issues regarding your order, it will be replaced or refunded. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to [email protected] WITHIN 72 HOURS of the product being RECEIVED. Please provide clear and flat pictures of: 1- the damage on the garment, 2- the entire garment, 3- the product sticker that comes on the garment, 4- your receipt with the order number. Failure to provide any of these 4 STEPS unfortunately cannot be granted refunds or reshipment. If you are having trouble or need assistance, please feel free to reach out!
SIZE EXCHANGES
Minus Green will offer ONE FREE size exchange. You will have TWO WEEKS to decide if your original order needs a different size. Garments must be unworn and without damage (aside from trying on, of course). You will be responsible for the RETURN shipping cost, but we have you covered everywhere else! Please note all hats are one size fits all and ARE NOT eligible for exchanges. To make an exchange, please provide the following steps: 1- your name and address 2- your original order 3- your order number 4- the size you would like to exchange it for. Once your item is received, your new one will be shipped out. Please email [email protected] for exchanges.
ORDER FAILED TO DELIVER
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver your order because of the wrong address, or if the package is unclaimed, it will be defaulted and returned to our facilities. If that happens, you will be contacted when we receive your package. We will hold it for 3 WEEKS while we try to get in touch with you. After that, you will have to reorder to receive your purchase.
